Commercial Director

With over 20 years spent working within the industry, Brent owns a wealth of experience and knowledge of all methods of procurement, land acquisition and construction. Brent is an influential and key decision making member of the senior team.

Within Anwyl, he is responsible for cost planning on developments from inception through to analytical cost submissions. Brent also develops and implements value engineering initiatives to provide economic built solutions, and oversees the management of all commercial activity within all Anwyl Partnership projects.

My focus is to manage ‘key’ client expectations utilising collaborative procurement routes to ensure best value and reduced risk for all involved, in addition to enhancing the estimating process throughout the business.
