Barncroft, Extra Care housing development will deliver 21 extra care apartments for over 55’s including support facilities and landscaped gardens for Magenta Living. Located in Pensby on the Wirral Peninsula the scheme will contribute to the demand for units across Wirral

As part of this project our team will be regenerating the garden area and green houses at the existing neighbouring facility. Our Site Manager is consulting and engaging with the local residents and community, sharing and exchanging information on a regular basis.

We are currently working with Magenta Living to develop a robust social value engagement strategy supporting positive outcomes for the local community.

The project is to deliver an Extra Care Facility in Holywell for Registered Housing Provider, Wales & West Housing. The building will comprise of 55 apartments with communal facilities and garden areas, to create an end to end solution to supported, independent living.

The new Maes Helyg development in Garden City, Deeside, is an affordable homes development consisting of 6 one-bedroom and 15 two-bedroom apartments which was completed in time to house local people for Christmas 2017. The development was funded by Pennaf Housing Group and supported by the Welsh Government Social Housing Grant.
