Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

Kim has over eight years’ experience in the construction industry, including a previous role with a tier one contractor specialising in social housing.

Kim is responsible for ensuring best value for subcontractors, suppliers and ourselves on each development. By reviewing and managing costing from project inception to completion, she helps us maximise the outcome of every development.

Kim enables a collaborative working culture across the supply chain and works to achieve best value for all involved, in-turn maximising the outcomes of each development for our partners and the community.

As part of our commitment to developing our supply chain, Kim is part of our sustainable procurement task group that meets to examine performance and explore innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.

I have a personal passion for community engagement and I enjoy liaising with our clients to ensure we meet our targets on community benefits providing lasting legacies in the communities where we work.
