At Anwyl, Natalie is responsible for handling all aspects of communication, from PR and marketing, to community engagement.

Natalie’s role involves working with clients to establish how best the presence of Anwyl’s developments can benefit the local area, liaising with the internal project team to deliver these initiatives. Natalie focuses her efforts on the company’s corporate social responsibility and drives the key performance indicators for the business. In addition to this, she coordinates the PQQ and bid submission process whilst investing time on aspects of business development through identifying potential new leads in land and proposed construction projects.

 

“Having joined The Anwyl Group in 2015, construction was a new career path for me. In my role I am able to manage the impact our business has on the local economies of the areas we work within, getting involved with communities to deliver important initiatives that have a sustainable outcome. The other aspects of my role allow me to develop business strategies to assist with company expansion plans.”
